Eraklis Agathokleous

Eraklis Agathokleous is one of the managing and co-founding members of Agathokleous – Neophytou & Co LLC. Eraklis graduated from the Democritus University of Thrace obtaining his LLB law degree and has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2005. Later on in his career, Eraklis obtained his LLM Diploma in Commercial Law from the University of Northumbria.

Eraklis has appeared before all jurisdiction and supreme courts in Cyprus with a high successful rate in various cases and areas of the law. He deals primarily with:

Eraklis is registered as a non – executive director in a Forex Company. He was also a member of the board in CYTA (Cyprus Telecommunications Authority) for the past 6 years.

Eraklis has been registered as an Insolvency Practitioner since 2015, holding license number SA00301. In this capacity, he specializes in offering expert guidance on corporate recovery and insolvency matters. Eraklis is adept at assuming various roles, such as a liquidator, examiner, or receiver, in both voluntary and compulsory proceedings.

Eraklis is hard working, focused and ambitious when it comes to his work and law firm. He is fluent in both languages, Greek and English.
