Savvas Neophytou

Savvas Neophytou is a managing and co-founder member of Agathokleous – Neophytou & Co LLC. Savvas graduated from the Democritus University of Thrace obtaining his LLB law degree in 2007 and has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2009.

Savvas practices in all areas of law and usually deals with cases that involve:

• Forex Formation, Registration and Set-Up

Later on in his career, Savvas specialized in Corporate Law and deals with companies locally and internationally. He has obtained various certificates in this area including:

Savvas is an active member of the Insurance Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association. In this role, he offers valuable insights and guidance on new legislative proposals within the insurance sector. His responsibilities extend to providing opinions and advice on both proposed bills and amendments to existing legislation. Additionally, Savvas is involved in processing various provisions, scrutinizing different bills, drafting legislative documents, and participating in discussions related to the insurance industry.

Savvas is an AML Certified Practitioner (certified by the International Compliance Association). He acts as the Compliance officer of the firm and is responsible for all the KYC procedures in the law firm.

Savvas is passionate, creative and conscientious when it comes to his work. He is fluent in both languages, Greek and English.
