Konstantina Hadjikonstanta

Konstantina Hadjikonstanta has graduated from the University of Bedfordshire and obtained her LLB law degree in 2009 and has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2010.

Konstantina became a Corporate Executive in 2015 and since 2017 she is a Compliance Officer dealing with:

• Preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with Cysec’s regulations
• Correcting compliance deficiencies internally and externally
• Ensuring compliance with EU directives and regulations
• Keeping the compliance procedures up-to-date and effective
• Contract law
• Property law
• Company law

Furthermore, Konstantina has obtained various certificates regarding compliance including:

• Anti-Money Laundering for Regulated Firms
• Funds and Trust
• Advanced Compliance and Anti Money Laundering
• Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing

Konstantina is devoted, hardworking and respectable when dealing with her work. She is fluent in both languages, Greek and English.
